SENIOR CONSULTANT, CUSTOMER SUCCESS
JOB PURPOSE & OVERVIEW
At Netgain, we are looking for a highly motivated senior consultant to become part of our Customer Success team, responsible for helping our intelligent product customers get up and running on our ERP embedded products. In a role requiring an even blend of accounting knowledge and financial systems expertise, you’ll have the chance to work with finance & accounting leadership across dozens of companies as you help them solve their accounting challenges with our leading SAAS embedded ERP software. Your day-to-day activities will be non-routine and complex, providing you a chance to be fully engaged in rewarding work.
You will be successful in this role as you develop excellent relationships with your customers and Netgain peers, ensure customers are thrilled with our products and company by providing exceptional customer service & support, communicate effectively, perform high quality work, support efficient implementations, and be an overall team player.
You will grow personally & professionally by developing and enhancing technical expertise across finance and accounting processes, developing NetSuite & other ERP system expertise, gaining project management skills, and improving in your ability to solve complex problems—all while you get to help build an excellent company in a fun work environment with great coworkers.
