The Partnerships Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing partner marketing programs with Netgain partners. They will develop, evolve and implement our partner marketing strategy, manage and execute partner marketing activities, create supporting materials and manage communications while working closely with the partner business development team to drive new business. Responsibilities

  • Manage Netgain’s day-to-day partner marketing activities working closely with marketing and partnership sales to build and create innovative marketing programs and campaigns that generate new leads and drive engagement with partners
  • Develop integrated, data-driven co-marketing plans utilizing the work from a cross-functional team (business development, marketing, product, etc.)
  • Identify and manage participation in partner marketing activities working closely with the rest of the marketing and partner teams to drive demand and awareness—including regional events, webinars, virtual event, field events and tradeshows
  • Develop collateral, presentations and press materials as well as other partner enablement assets to market with and to partners
  • Understand Netgain’s and our partner’s products, plans and customers. Develop partner marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Build and manage partner marketing budget; make data-driven decisions based on performance
  • Analyze and evaluate programs with an eye for constant improvement; report and measure programs’ effectiveness
  • Conduct regular check-ins and marketing strategy meetings with partners
  • Strong team mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing functions (events, product marketing, content, creative, web) as well as other Netgain business units (business development, sales, customer success)
  • Perform other duties or special projects as needed

 

Skills and competencies

  • 2+ years of partner marketing experience highly desired
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, prior SaaS experience desired
  • A track record of driving results through marketing programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated cross-functional marketing expertise and co-marketing experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills matched with brand and relationship building experience
  • Successful project management skills and a proven ability to work across functional areas to implement strategies
  • Ownership mentality–you see it, you want it, you make it happen
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Hubspot is preferred
  • Previous experience building out a partnership marketing program is preferred

 

Salary

$60K-$65K (depending on experience)
