As part of our marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation will be responsible for driving interest in our products through paid and organic campaigns, while creating and overseeing multiple marketing programs from ideation to reporting and optimization. This individual will partner closely with the marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams across the company to manage account-based marketing initiatives. The ability to handle a high volume of programs in a fast paced and creative environment is critical to success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the marketing team to develop multi-channel, integrated demand generation programs (paid, email, virtual and online events, and more)
  • Understand the needs of our target audience, and translate those needs into creative and personalized marketing programs
  • Continuously identify innovative opportunities to drive user engagement – testing and optimizing new and existing campaigns to ensure the desired action is achieved
  • Develop content for demand generation, user acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns via any channel that works for our audiences
  • Manage our paid advertising strategy and execution, working with our agency partners and marketing team to launch and manage paid search and social on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook network, Youtube and other platforms as needed
  • Use data to evaluate and demonstrate the effectiveness of your efforts while constantly pushing for continuous improvement tied to measurable results
  • Work with marketing and sales operations to determine ongoing improvements to the lead flow and reporting process
  • Manage a monthly media budget
  • Perform other duties or special projects as needed

 

Skills and competencies

  • 3-7 years of proven demand generation experience for a software, SaaS or technology products company or marketing agency
  • Experience in problem framing, data-driven problem solving and implementing associated recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or closely related field or experience in a similar role
  • Ability to generate creative ideas to engage prospects, existing clients and partners
  • Strong storytelling skills, writing that’s clear and concise
  • Strong planning and project execution competencies
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with proven strategies to manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with manual and automation driven account-based marketing programs
  • Analytically strong, data driven, you’ll report and manage KPIs against objectives and provide analysis of marketing effectiveness
  • Strong organizational skills and an extreme attention to detail
  • Enjoys working at a fast pace while handling ambiguity
  • Ownership mentality–you see it, you want it, you make it happen

 

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS, experience with WordPress and Webflow 
  • Understanding and experience with channel marketing

 

Salary range: $95,000 – 130,000
